DESCRIPTION

With just four doors to the entrance to the Koonya back beach, Serenity in the Sun is an elevated modern beach house with all of the modern comforts and beautiful views across the trees to the bay.  The house has been designed to take full advantage of the northerly aspect and tranquil setting and enjoys a private solar heated swimming pool.  It is also cosy for stays all year round, with 5 split system air con/heaters throughout and a lovely, brand new coonara wood fire upstairs to enjoy the chilly evenings.

Newly renovated open plan living, dining and kitchen area with windows that allow for tree top views and a cool breeze, adjoining a private sun deck, with solar heated pool and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing whilst listening to the sounds of the ocean and birds chirping and even watching boats go past in the distance.

New hostess kitchen complete with coffee machine and dishwasher and all essential items required for a wonderful holiday with family and friends.  The home has new floorboards and carpets throughout.

With 3 airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (3 toilets) and 2 living/lounge areas over 3 levels there is room for everyone to relax, including a downstairs lounge TV area with flat screen TV and big glass doors that open out to another seperate outdoor deck area with the moonah trees.

There is free WiFi and Netflix.

Only minutes walk away from the gorgeous Koonya back beach and the Koonya General Store (Best coffees!)

Please note that we only rent to mature groups or families. No schoolies allowed. We do not permit pets at the property.

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
