Thank you for considering Beach Retreats for your property management.

We offer a high quality service provided by relaxed, experienced professionals who live in the local area. Beach Retreats will handle all of the marketing of your property, conduct inspections (both pre and post booking), facilitate housekeeping and any maintenance needed and manage all of the rental enquiries and bookings. Beach Retreats will also handle the collection and return of the security bond.

Your property will be advertised on the Beach Retreats website and also listed on Stayz which is Australia’s number 1 holiday rental site with over 2,500,000 visitors to its site each month and Stayz, TripAdvisor and Airbnb to appeal to a global market.  We also do our own advertising through publications such as Visitor Magazine, Toast Magazine (Mornington Peninsula's bridal publication), Melbourne’s Child (to attract family bookings) and the Golfing Mornington Peninsula website and Peninsula Hot Springs website.   We are active with marketing promotions throughout the year to try and ensure a consistent year-round rental income for you.
