DESCRIPTION

Seaside Splendour leaves you wanting for nothing. You can bask in the privacy of your fully fenced, secluded 1/3 acre of parkland gardens, whilst swimming in the pristine solar heated pool and gas heated spa.

You can take a short walk to the shops of Sorrento or the front beach. In fact you may not need your car for the entire time you're there.

 

QUALITY AND LUXURY

This is an entertainer's delight, with 2 living rooms and an outdoor entertaining area (built in BBQ) and 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 12 people.

No luxury has been forgotten - WiFi, Foxtel, Flat screen TVs, DVD players, ducted vaccuum, dishwasher, coffee machine, full laundry facilities, granite benchtops, hydronic heating, open fire, air conditioning, ceiling fans, even an inground trampoline and large grassed area for the children.

We only rent to families, or mature groups. Sorry, no "schoolies".
